These terms govern your use of fntct.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
This site is operated by FNTCT (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa and based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean FNTCT (Pty) Ltd. Contact: info@fntct.com.
Products
Our garments are printed to order. We photograph and describe every product as accurately as we can, but screens render colour differently and slight variation in print placement is a normal characteristic of made-to-order printing rather than a defect.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent you an order confirmation.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Once an order enters production we cannot change its contents, size or delivery address.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes, costs and customs charges are set out on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out on our Returns and Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Intellectual property
The FNTCT name, logo, monogram, artwork, graphics, photography and all designs on this site belong to FNTCT (Pty) Ltd and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, print, resell or otherwise commercially use any of it without our written permission. Buying a garment gives you the garment, not the rights to the design on it.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or copy its content at scale, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act.

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
