Every FNTCT piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your garment is printed after you place your order, which keeps our range wide and our waste low. It also means delivery takes a little longer than mass-produced stock.
Processing time
Orders are printed and quality-checked before dispatch. Allow 2–7 business days for production. You will receive a notification with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the facility.
Delivery estimates
- South Africa — approximately 10–20 business days from dispatch.
- Rest of world — approximately 7–20 business days from dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, courier backlogs and public holidays can extend them.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order. The total shown before payment is the total you pay us.
Customs, duties and import VAT
Our garments are produced at international fulfilment facilities and shipped to you directly. Depending on your location, your parcel may attract import duties, customs charges or VAT on arrival. These are levied by your local authorities, are not included in the price you paid at checkout, and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these amounts and cannot refund them.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you at dispatch. If tracking has not updated for more than seven business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot change a delivery address once an order has entered production. Parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be re-shipped at your cost.
Split deliveries
Orders containing several items may be produced at different facilities and can arrive separately, at no extra cost to you.
